陵水疍家·海上游牧暢想 | 2023陵水疍家海上漁排國際建筑設計競賽啟動
本次2023陵水疍家海上漁排國際建筑設計競賽由陵水黎族自治縣旅游和文化廣電體育局、陵水黎族自治縣發展控股集團有限公司主辦，AIM國際設計競賽、SMART度假產業智慧平臺承辦，誠邀全球設計機構參與，共同暢想陵水疍家·海上游牧之歌。

新村港潟湖位于陵水黎族自治縣新村鎮東南部，港口窄內寬，避風條件好，是國家中心漁港，這里擁有獨特的疍家民俗文化和豐富的自然旅游資源。Located in the southeast of Xincun Town in Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Xincun Port Lagoon is narrow and wide inside with good wind shelter conditions as the national central fishing port, which has unique Tanka folk culture and abundant natural tourism resources.
水上漁排村落位于新村港潟湖內，成為陵水獨特人文景觀，新村港400艘漁排組成的水上城市，已然成為疍家文化保留最完整的聚落。漁排是一種兼顧了水產養殖和日常生活的房屋類型，疍民在此自給自足的生活，它為疍民群體帶來了財富，并成為日常生活和公共社交的重要文化載體。
Located on Xincun Port Lagoon, the aquatic fishing row village has become a unique cultural landscape in Lingshui. The aquatic city of over 400 fishing rows in Xincun Port has become the best-preserved settlement of Tanka culture. The fishing rows is a type of house that combines aquaculture and daily life, where the Tanka people live self-sufficiently. It brings wealth to the Tanka community and becomes an important cultural carrier for daily life and public social interaction.

延續和保護陵水潟湖疍家漁排人文歷史文化及場景記憶，通過挖掘在地文化與空間探索，增強文化認同和文化輸出。Continuing and protecting human history culture and scene memory of Tanka fishing rows on the Lingshui Lagoon, enhancing cultural identity and cultural export through excavating local culture and spatial exploration.
陵水新村潟湖疍家漁排距離海南省海口市約218.6KM，距離海南省三亞市約64.8KM。新村潟湖位于陵水黎族自治縣新村鎮東南部，南北長4公里，東西寬6公里，面積24平方公里。港口窄內寬，東西兩面有南灣半島環抱，風平浪靜，避風條件好，是國家中心漁港,是新村漁民的天然養殖場，這里擁有獨特的疍家民俗文化和豐富的自然旅游資源。目前，新村鎮有漁排456戶、船舶1475艘，有5000余人常年生活、生產在海上。
Lingshui New Village Lagoon Tanka Row is about 218.6KM away from Haikou City, Hainan Province and about 64.8KM away from Sanya City, Hainan Province. Xincun Lagoon is located in the southeast of Xincun Town, Lingshui Li Autonomous County. It is 4 kilometers long from north to south, 6 kilometers wide from east to west, and covers an area of 24 square kilometers. The port is narrow and wide inside, surrounded by the Nanwan Peninsula on the east and west sides, with calm weather and good shelter from the wind. It is the national central fishing port and a natural breeding ground for fishermen in Xincun. It has unique Tanka folk culture and rich natural tourism resources. At present, there are 456 households with fishing rows and 1,475 ships in Xincun Township, and more than 5,000 people live and work at sea all year round.
地處神秘度假緯度——北緯18°的海南陵水，蘊藏著持續500年歷史文化。生活在這里的疍家人以海為生，以海為家，被稱為“海上吉普賽人” ，疍家漁排也是海南省非物質文化遺產保護項目。
Lingshui, Hainan, located at the mysterious resort latitude of 18°N, has 500 years of history and culture. The Tanka people who live here make their living and home from the sea, and are called "Sea Gypsies". The Tanka fishing row is also an intangible cultural heritage protection project in Hainan Province.
此次我們以“陵水疍家·海上游牧暢想”作為競賽主題，發起海上漁排空間設計公開賽，選取了陵水海上疍家漁排作為載體,感受在地文化及風景，為這座百年歷史文化聚落打造全新的文化輸出口，順應政府需求的同時為新村鎮潟湖周邊及漁排居民提升生活質量，建造可持續發展的多樣化公共空間，最終與在地人群、空間、文化產生共鳴。
The competition theme is “Lingshui Sea Nomadic Imagination”, and we chose the sea Tanka fishing rows of Lingshui Xincun Port around the lagoon as the carrier to explore the unique way of living in the South China Sea, experience the local culture and landscape, While responding to the government’s needs, the project also aims to improve the quality of life for the residents around the lagoon and fishing rows in Xinchun Town and to create a sustainable and diverse public space that will ultimately resonate with the local people, space, and culture.
本次競賽公開邀請國內外建筑設計師，包括漁排民居及漁排業態等功能設計。面向全國相關專業人士開放，可以個人或公司名義參賽。
This competition openly invites domestic and foreign architectural designers, including the functional design of fishing rows dwellings and fishing raft business forms. It is open to relevant professionals across the country, who can participate in the name of individuals or companies.
通過這場競賽打造疍家文化對外展示的全新窗口，進一步加強對疍家文化的保護和傳承。通過講好疍家故事，激發文化活力，讓這簇生于海上的民俗之花煥發新彩，延續和保護陵水潟湖文化場景記憶，增強文化認同和文化輸出。為提升潟湖在地居民生活質量做出貢獻，打造可持續的生態住所；保護潟湖在地文化及生活方式的同時，吸引更多的業態可能性。

設計需對整體空間進行系統性設計優化，打造匹配陵水新村潟湖的特色新空間形象，設計賦能，對空間及業態進行統籌謀劃，提供可支撐陵水新港村鄉村振興的新品質內涵。
The design requires a systematic optimization of the overall space to create a new characteristic spatial image that matches the Lingshui New Village lagoon, and an integrated planning of the space and business pattern to provide new quality connotations that can support the rural revitalization of Lingshui New Port Village.
賽道A：漁排民居改造（約20㎡）
Track A：Renovation of Fishing Row Dwellings
在現有的基礎上對水上漁排民居進行升級改造設計，提升疍民的生活質量，包括不限于：漁排養殖空間、疍民居住內部及外部空間升級等任何參賽團隊認為可以升級的改造設計，設計時需考慮環境保護措施、雨污水排放、綠色低碳和環保節能等需求，建議漁排居民改造預算控制在三萬元以內。
Upgrade and renovate the existing fishing rows dwelling on the water to improve the quality of life for the Tanka people. This includes but is not limited to upgrading the fishing rows farming space, upgrading the internal and external dwelling spaces of Tanka people, and any other redesigns that participating teams believe will improve the living conditions. Environmental protection measures, rain and sewage discharge, green low-carbon, and environmental protection and energy-saving needs should be considered. Suggestion the budget should be controlled within 30,000 RMB.

對現有的海上漁排公共空間營造，包括不限于民宿、餐飲、酒吧、咖啡廳、書吧、小劇場、藝術展館、休閑中心、花店、文創小店、集合空間等任何參賽團隊認為應該出現的業態設計，偏向小商業群規劃、建筑組團設計、建筑單體設計，設計時需考慮環境保護措施、雨污水排放、綠色低碳和環保節能等需求。
The creation of public spaces on existing sea fishing rows, including but not limited to B&Bs, restaurants, bars, cafes, book bars, small theaters, art galleries, leisure centers, flower shops, small cultural and creative shops, and assembly spaces.
